Notice within the meaning of Art.13 of the D.Lgs. n.196/2003
Luda s.a.s. hereinafter Hotel del Corso, within the meaning of art. 13 of the D. Lgs 30.6.2003 n. 196, informs its clients, suppliers and/or registrants that:
a) the personal data (hereinafter data):
1 - It is necessary to have the use the website www.hoteldelcorso.com to give services and an eventual refusal to supply such use results in the impossibility for Hotel del Corso to fulfill to the demand;
2 - they could be used for commercial purposes, promotional and/or for sale as well as compiling statistics with a view to monitoring the degree of customer satisfaction with the quality of the services rendered and on the activities carried out in order to have a better indication of the requirements of the same clients, in order to better identify potential clients for each product and service, as well as in order to send by means of e-mail, letters, telephone, advertising material, etc information both of a tecnical/general character and of commercial/promotional character of products and services from Hotel del Corso.
b) the treatment of the Data obtained by means of manual instruments, computer and telematic, by Hotel del Corso. In every case the treatment is closely correlated to the logical purposes above indicated and, however, so as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the Data, which also will be managed and protected in environment whose access is under constant control.
c) Owner of the treatment is Luda s.a.s with legal headquarters in Sorrento (NA), Corso Italia 134.
d) In relation to the treatment of the aforesaid Data the Client, within the meaning of art. 7 of the D. Lgs. n. 196/2003 has then right to obtain form Hotel del Corso:
1 - the confirmation of the existence or less of his/her Data, and their communication in comprehensible form and the knowledge of their origin;
2 - the cancellation, within a reasonable delay, of its Data, their transformation in anonymous form;
3 - the update of the Data, their correction or, when it is in your interest, their integration.
Subject of his/her express consent and until revocation of the same, his/her Data could be used by a third party for communications via e-mail, letters, telephone for:
a) promotional initiatives and commercial information on products and/or services of third parties selected by Hotel del Corso;
b) surveys of the degree of satisfaction of clients on of the services furnished;
c) studies and statistical and market research.
The consent for the treatment and for the purposes of the present is not obligatory; as a result of an eventual denial, Hotel del Corso will use his/her Data for the sole purpose indicated in the previous point.
